- 1/2 lbs bacon, brunoised & cooked
- 3/4 c sherry vinegar
- 2 shallots, brunoise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
