Honey Mustard Ribs

Ingredients
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 ½ - 2 cups honey
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs Miami or Korean cut beef ribs, sliced ¼ inch thick (ask your local butcher to prepare for you)
Juice and zest of half a lemon
Preparation
Whisk mustard, lemon zest and juice, honey and garlic together in a large bowl
Add ribs and ensure meat is well-coated in marinade
Place meat in the fridge to marinate for at least 12 hours
Cook ribs on a medium-heat grill for 3-5 minutes, or until desired doneness
Garnish with sea salt to taste
