Crunch and Zing Potato Salad

1 â€“ 1 Â˝ lbs of white or red Ontario mini potatoes, cooked
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
2-3 large dill pickles, rough chopped
6-8 strips cooked bacon
2 1/3 cups of Hellmanâ€™s mayonnaise
1 inch of fresh horseradish, fine-grated
Mix mayo and horseradish together until well combined.
Toss horseradish mayo with all other ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed and well coated.
To be served with Honey Mustard Ribs.
