The following is the first of new tapings with Lauren Scott a personal trainer out of Good Life Fitness in Barhaven. She has been giving us exercises using the kettlebell

1. Stiff Leg Dead Lift
Functional exercise helping you be more efficient in your everyday life. Primarily lower body focusing on glutes and hamstrings but also working on core stability as well as upper back and forearms.
Helping to improve posture and strengthening core.
Progress to single leg with two hands then single hand. Single leg stiff leg deadlift is challenging  your balance.
