Ahhhh.. Love is in the air! We had a fun Valentine’s Day show today!
The highlight of the day, for me, was Lianne getting American Idol’s Josh Gracin to serenade me from Walt Disney World!
I loved that!
She had such a great time taking in the magical experience of Disney and getting to meet all of the American Idol stars like Carrie Underwood! Apparently the rumours are true about her dating Mike Fischer because she certainly blushed when Lianne asked her about him!!
Speaking of country music, that is how we will be spending our Valentine’s Day! My husband and I are big country music fans and he surprised me with tickets for Christmas. I’ll be at Scotiabank Place on Saturday night with several thousand fellow country music fans, listening to Brad Paisley. I’m very excited!
I’m also very excited about Family Day on Monday. We have big plans to enjoy the ‘somewhat’ milder weather and get the kids out sliding and skating. Just close to home, family time, nothing big, nothing expensive, just enjoying another opportunity to spend a work- free day together.
A weekend that celebrates love and family… what more can you ask for?!
