Savoury Apple Pear Chutney

Makes 2 Cups

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1 tbsp finely chopped candied ginger
2 Cinnamon sticks
1/8 tsp ground clove
Zest & Flesh 2 Limes, chopped
2 firn Pears, peeled, cored and chopped
2 Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 Cup dried Cranberries

Preparation

Cook Vinegar, sugar and water over medium heat, until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer and stir occasionally, for 20 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
