Rosti for Lamb

Ingredients
- 2 Kg Yukon Gold (peeled & grated)
- 250g julienned leeks
- 8 g chopped garlic
- 5 branches chopped thyme
- 2 units eggs
- 140g flour
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a generously oiled & buttered pan over med.
- Heat, colour 4 inches patties on both sides. Reserve.
