Asian Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can hoisin 1.75 l
- 6 onions julienne
- ½ cup garlic puree
- 3 cans chipotle 7 oz
- 1 can tomato paste 100 fl oz
- 3 can tomato 100 fl. oz
- 1 litre soya sauce
- ½ litre rice wine vinager
- 4 tbs curry powder
- 1 celery stock
- 1 cup brown sugar
Preparation
- sautee onions & garlic with curry, add sugar and cook 2 minute until melted.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours
- Puree until smooth
